CAN YOU BELIEVE IT : R-BST HORMONE FREE COTTAGE CHEESE!!!

    Two minute mixed veggie 'n bean bowl

    You can throw this healthy dish together in two minutes - great for lunch.

You will need;

  • frozen mixed veggies
  • beans - any kind, kidney beans, lentils, etc
  • onion, chopped
  • chillie, chopped
  • cayenne pepper - a couple of shakes
  • garlic, chopped
  • fresh parsley, chopped
  • flax seeds (about a tablespoon)
  • lemon juice
  • salt

What to do;

  • boil the kettle and soak frozen veggies in boiling water for around 1 minute.
  • mix all the other ingredients together and combine with the veggies.

Chow and enjoy this healthy lunch with a cup of green tea!
